Meaning of insanity

Doing the same thing over & over again & expecting different results. TAKE NOTE BILIC!

Same formation, same slow midfield, last 19 games including: last 2 games of last season, pre season friendlies, Europa, & premier league. Lost 12 & 3 draws and only 4 wins which have been against Domzale, Bournemouth, and accrington stantley in the very last second. Madness.
